Email verification for email signups
New email registrations now have to confirm their address before they can use the app. This protects accounts and keeps the user base clean.
What it gives you
If you sign up with email/password, you'll get a verification link by SMTP. Until you click it the app stays on a "Verify your email" screen with a Resend button and automatic polling, so once you click the link in your inbox, the app unblocks itself without a refresh. Telegram Mini App and OAuth users are auto-verified, since that channel is already trusted.
How to use it
Nothing to do unless you're a brand-new email signup. If you don't see the email, check spam and hit Resend.
