GDPR-compliant legal documents
Updated Terms, Privacy Policy and a Data Processing Addendum, all unified under /legal with an audit trail of acceptances.
What it gives you
All our legal documents are now GDPR-compliant and live at a single /legal route, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy and the Data Processing Addendum for B2B customers. Operator facts and the reseller clause are spelled out explicitly. Every acceptance is logged with a timestamp and version, so we (and you) always know which version of the terms applied at the time you signed in.
How to use it
Open app.elcaro.app/legal or tap "Legal" from the Profile menu. Anything you've accepted is visible on your profile.
