What it gives you
When something doesn't look right, a screenshot is worth a thousand explanations. Send photos, documents, short videos and PDFs to support straight from the bot, and we'll see exactly what you see. Useful for chart questions ("what does this label mean?"), billing receipts you want to reference, or a quick clip showing a flow that didn't behave the way you expected.
How to use it
In the bot, just attach a file the way you would in any Telegram chat. Use the paperclip icon, pick from gallery or files, send. We see it the moment you do.
Good to know
If you want us to look at something private (account, billing), the bot conversation is private by design. Only support staff handling your ticket can see what you send.
