What it gives you
Support is now smoother end-to-end. Just type what you need and you'll either get an answer right away (subscription questions, how to find a setting, what an event on the chart means) or be connected to the right person on our team. You don't need to remember which channel to use or repeat your question after the hand-off, everything stays in the same chat.
How to use it
Open the bot, describe what you need. We'll take it from there. If a human picks up, you'll see who's talking and you can keep going in the same thread.
